Reporting to the Divisional Registrar and Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Administration and Finance (HAF) is the senior administrator and is responsible for the effective and efficient day to day non-academic management and administration of the Faculty. Working in close partnership with the Faculty Board Chair and other senior academic staff, the HAF plays a key role in the Faculty&#8217;s strategic and operational planning, designing and implementing Faculty policies and procedures, and ensuring that the Faculty meets divisional and University requirements. The operational duties of the post are wide-ranging and include oversight of the management of all academic-related and non-academic support staff, financial management, and the administration of research support activities. The HAF also has oversight of the administrative support of the faculty&#8217;s undergraduate and post-graduate students.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About you</strong></div><br> <div>You will have excellent organisational skills and experience of financial management and HR, in addition to strengths in committee servicing and governance, written and oral communication skills, and a firm understanding of academic and research administration.
