<div>We are seeking two administrators to join two of our busy and dynamic teams. The Administration & Finance team sits at the heart of Research Services and provides cross-cutting operation and business management for our four large business units: Innovation & Engagement, Research Funding & Contracts, Research Strategy & Policy Unit, and Research Governance, Ethics & Assurance. One administrator will support the Administration & Finance Team, and one the Research Funding & Contracts Team.</div><br>

<div><strong>About You</strong></div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>RS Support Administrators have a fast-paced and varied workload, so it is important that you are able to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, with a positive and proactive approach. You will need to work independently, coordinating your own work, and also enjoy working alongside your team members to support shared departmental projects.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, we are looking for some who is proficient in office software and confident at using new systems.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
