Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Department for Continuing Education is looking for a professional and
experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager.





**About the role**



You will assist the Senior Restaurant Manager in the running of our busy
catering service operation, working with the team to provide an excellent
standard of service to our staff, students, visitors and external clients,
between our locations at Rewley House and Ewert House, Summertown. You will
work an average of 5 days out of 7, working a total of 36.5 hours per week.
Shifts will vary to cover the hours of business requirements, including
weekend and evening work. The normal hours of operation are between 7am and
10.30pm, with occasional events that exceed these hours.





**About you**



You will have previous experience in catering, preferably with bar or barista
experience, and experience in supervising staff. You will be flexible,
customer focused, and have good communication skills.
