The actions and initiatives are broad and varied and include the continued development of a new Academic Career and Reward Framework for academic teaching and research staff at the University.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The post holder will be experienced in working in a fast-paced environment to produce high quality, clear communications, suitable for a broad internal audience. They will be able to think strategically about how to communicate to deliver agreed objectives and key messages and to create and execute plans efficiently. The post-holder will be a point of reference for the entire project team, providing expert skills, recommendations and advice on communications, working with staff at all levels.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About You</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be a motivated, creative problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively and getting things done. You will be a good listener and enjoy forming relationships with diverse stakeholders.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will have proven experience in managing HR communications and change initiatives in a large, complex organisation with multiple stakeholder groups.
