**Project Officer – Pay & Conditions**
Location: Oxford city centre office with a flexible approach to hybrid working
Grade 5: £28,759 - £33,966
Role: 18 month fixed-term contract to support the delivery of the Pay &
Conditions Review outcomes.
One full time role – or two part time roles at 0.5FTE, please specify your
preference in your supporting statement.
Internal secondments are considered.
**About the Role**
This is a new role that will provide high quality project administration in
support of the implementation of the actions and initiatives flowing from the
University’s recent Pay & Conditions Review. The actions and initiatives are
broad and varied and include the continued development of a new Academic
Career and Reward Framework for academic teaching and research staff at the
University.
The post-holder will be responsible for broad support across the Pay &
Conditions project team to aid the delivery of a variety of projects. The role
will also assist the Programme Lead in servicing meetings, organising
processes, managing and tracking expenses.

You will be a motivated, creative problem solver who enjoys working
collaboratively and getting things done. You will be a good listener and enjoy
forming relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will have Proven project
officer skills, ideally supporting projects in complex organisational
environments.
You will have strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills;
excellent oral and written communication skills to deliver for example
briefings and project updates; and be confident working under pressure and to
tight deadlines whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to
detail.
