**Project Delivery Manager – Pay & Conditions (Academic Career & Reward
Framework) **





Location: Oxford city centre office with a flexible approach to hybrid working



Grade 8: £45,585 - £54,395 per annum



Role: 18 month fixed-term contract to support the delivery of the Pay &
Conditions Review outcomes.



Part time hours and internal secondment considered.





**About the Role **





This is a new role that will provide high quality project delivery in support
of the implementation of the actions and initiatives flowing from the
University’s recent Pay & Conditions Review. The actions and initiatives are
broad and varied.





The post-holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of
projects, managing timelines and ensuring objectives are achieved. The key
project responsibility for this role will be the continued development and
delivery of a new Academic Career and Reward Framework for academic teaching
and research staff at the University. The project aims to improve the career
paths, workload, and reward and recognition of academics; and the project is
structured around four workstreams ( more information).





**About You **





You will be a motivated, creative problem solver who enjoys working
collaboratively and getting things done. You will be a good listener and enjoy
forming relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will have experience of
working in complex environments, and preferably on strategic Human Resources
projects.





You will have proven project delivery skills, ideally delivering projects in
complex organisational environments; excellent organisational, planning and
prioritisation skills; and be confident working under pressure and to tight
deadlines whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
