They will undertake transactional work across all modules in Oracle and compile financial reports for stakeholders and provide sound advice to staff and students regarding financial processes and controls.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts, managing purchasing activities, overseeing accounts receivable, and maintaining the general ledger and financial reporting. We seek a candidate who can start immediately.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About you</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will have excellent communication, numeracy and team working skills, as well as confidence dealing with financial data and the ability to work independently.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You should have previous experience in Financial Administration, including interpreting financial policies and adhering to financial controls, and be proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>A positive and flexible approach to work, along with a genuine desire to provide an excellent service to the School, are also essential.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>Application process</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be required to upload a <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.jobs.ox.ac.uk/cv-and-supporting-statement">supporting statement, CV</a> and the details of two referees as part of the your online application.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The closing date for applications is 12 noon (UK time) on Monday 2 September 2024.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Interviews will take place week commencing 9 September 2024 and will be online.</div> </div>
