We are seeking an experienced accountant with a creative, problem-solving approach. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to building efficient processes that can accommodate the College's growth in size and journey to independence over the coming years. With significant experience of developing robust long-term financial plans, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the College's strategic direction. As a committed and experienced line manager, you will focus on enabling and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
