Are you an Administrator eager to work with the University of Oxford Reward
Team? Join our dynamic People Department team at the University of Oxford and
play a key role in assisting delivery of University Reward services.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of the
University’s reward services, including role evaluations and first-line advice
on pay, grading, and reward issues. You will work closely with departments and
colleagues, ensuring that reward processes run smoothly and efficiently.
**Location:** Littlegate House, Oxford
**Salary: **£33,832 - £38,205 per annum (pro rata)
**Contract:** Part Time (60% FTE), Permanent

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Reward Administrator to join
our Reward team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills
and a keen interest in reward and compensation practices.
You will be highly organised, with proven skills of analytical thinking,
innovation, and problem solving. You will be comfortable handling
administrative processes and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistency
and accuracy in your work. Previous experience of role evaluation is desirable
but not essential.
