Saïd Business School is seeking an accomplished professional to join our team
as Associate Director, EMBA Recruitment and Business Development. This pivotal
role leads the recruitment, admissions and business development efforts for
our globally renowned Oxford Executive MBA Programme (EMBA), a part-time
programme that empowers leaders to thrive in a rapidly changing business
environment.
The Associate Director will lead a dynamic team to achieve recruitment
targets, with a strong emphasis on diversity and supporting sponsorship
opportunities. They will develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan in
partnership with the EMBA Programme Director, ensuring global reach and
alignment with Saïd Business School's objectives.
Key responsibilities:
* Attract and admit 140 high-calibre students annually, delivering an exceptional admissions process.
* Maintain the programme’s international reach and uphold its reputation for academic excellence.
* Work closely with central marketing and programme services teams to enhance the candidate and student journey.
* Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, creating long-term value and engagement opportunities.
You will demonstrate a proven ability to achieve ambitious targets, manage
budgets effectively and work collaboratively in a matrix environment. You will
be commercially astute, skilled at building networks and adept in using CRM
software to drive business development. A commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm
for achieving results and resilience in addressing complex challenges are also
key, as is the ability to foster effective relationships with internal and
external stakeholders.
