This role involves working with a strong team to provide effective technical support for our department, with a particular focus on the teaching elements.</div><br>

<div>You will have a track record of delivering outstanding customer service and experience in IT support. You will be familiar with AV equipment, Windows servers, Windows and Apple clients and deployment solutions. The ability to foster a team approach to troubleshooting and exploring novel solutions is essential.</div><br>

<div>Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to tailor communication to a range of stakeholders, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work methodically and interpret standard procedures and sources accurately, also the ability to develop good working relationships with a range of people.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>The team is a group of skilled individuals, each with their own faucets of expertise, with an intrinsic culture of sharing skills and knowledge to develop teammates. We do not work in silos, exposure to unusual hardware and software is commonplace and this role is ideally suited to someone who is looking to develop a broad skillset, with continuous professional development at the fore.</div><br>

<div>This is a new role, and training will be given on unfamiliar systems or applications.</div><br>
