Business Development Executive - EMBA Recruitment Team

Our Executive MBA (EMBA) programme transforms senior leaders, enabling them to
thrive professionally while balancing organisational commitments.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving
the success of the EMBA programme by building relationships with individuals,
employers and stakeholders. Working collaboratively across the School, you
will ensure a strong pipeline of exceptional applicants, supporting our
ambitious recruitment targets and contributing to the School’s strategic
goals.
Key responsibilities:
* Identify and recruit high-calibre candidates for the EMBA programme.
* Present the EMBA programme to audiences via events, webinars and personal networking.
* Contribute to recruitment and marketing plans alongside the EMBA Associate Director and Marketing Manager.
* Attend and plan recruitment events (including international travel) to attract prospective candidates.
* Develop relationships with corporate sponsors and alumni to expand referrals and corporate contracts.
You will have a strong track record in customer-facing roles, demonstrating
the ability to build and maintain relationships with executives, and thrive in
target-driven environments. You will possess excellent communication and
presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset to deliver tailored
solutions for clients, as well as business acumen and strong time management
abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
