<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>This is a new role that will provide high quality project administration in support of the implementation of the actions and initiatives flowing from the University’s recent Pay & Conditions Review. The actions and initiatives are broad and varied and include the continued development of a new Academic Career and Reward Framework for academic teaching and research staff at the University.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>The post-holder will be responsible for broad support across the Pay & Conditions project team to aid the delivery of a variety of projects. The role will also assist the Programme Lead in servicing meetings, organising processes, managing and tracking expenses.</div><br>

<div><strong>About You</strong></div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>You will be a motivated, creative problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively and getting things done. You will be a good listener and enjoy forming relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will have Proven project officer skills, ideally supporting projects in complex organisational environments.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>You will have strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills; excellent oral and written communication skills to deliver for example briefings and project updates; and be confident working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</div><br>
