The actions and initiatives are broad and varied and include the continued development of a new Academic Career and Reward Framework for academic teaching and research staff at the University.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The post-holder will be responsible for broad support across the Pay &amp; Conditions project team to aid the delivery of a variety of projects. The role will also assist the Programme Lead in servicing meetings, organising processes, managing and tracking expenses.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About You</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be a motivated, creative problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively and getting things done. You will be a good listener and enjoy forming relationships with diverse stakeholders.
