The actions and initiatives are broad and varied.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The post-holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of projects, managing timelines and ensuring objectives are achieved. The key project responsibility for this role will be the continued development and delivery of a new Academic Career and Reward Framework for academic teaching and research staff at the University. The project aims to improve the career paths, workload, and reward and recognition of academics; and the project is structured around four workstreams (&#160;<a rel="nofollow" href="http://https://hr.web.ox.ac.uk/academic-career-and-reward-framework/overview">more information</a>).&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About You&#160;</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be a motivated, creative problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively and getting things done. You will be a good listener and enjoy forming relationships with diverse stakeholders.
