<div>In this role, you will play a key role in supporting new University staff and their families as they transition to life in Oxford, providing a seamless and professional relocation experience.</div><br>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div><strong>Relocation Support:</strong> Provide personalised assistance to new staff with all aspects of relocating, including housing, schooling, and transport.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with internal University departments and external partners such as letting agents and property vendors.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div><strong>Housing:</strong> Assist with property viewings and ensure rentals meet required standards, keeping up-to-date with housing legislation and market trends.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div><strong>Resource Management:</strong> Develop and maintain relocation guides and online resources to support new staff.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Be a key point of contact, offering exceptional support throughout the relocation process.</div><br>

<div><strong>About You:</strong></div><br>
<ul><br>
<li>Experience in the housing sector, with knowledge of property management or lettings.</li><br>
<li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><br>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.</li><br>
<li>A proactive, self-motivated approach to work, with a keen eye for detail.</li><br>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.</li><br>
</ul><br>
<div><strong>Desirable:</strong></div><br>

<div>•     Knowledge of Oxford’s housing market and local family services (schools, healthcare, transport).</div><br>
