activities.

**About You:**

You are a strategic thinker with experience in contractor administration and
maintenance planning. However, we are looking for someone who is not just
experienced but also excited by the challenge of maintaining a truly unique
and varied estate. You have strong planning and organisational skills, and you
are proactive, able to manage your workload efficiently.

With a deep knowledge of maintenance practices, building systems, and
procedures, you are passionate about safety and efficiency, ready to ensure
our spaces function at their best.

You have a strong commitment to health and safety, excellent communication
skills, and the ability to influence and lead in a complex environment.

A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is essential.

**How to Apply:**

To apply for this position, please submit the following documents as part of
your online application:

• Covering letter/supporting statement
